Mental Health Matters - Hearst Lunch and Learn

As part of the Workplace Safety North (WSN) Feed Your Brain Lunch and Learn Series, you’re invited to attend a free information session, "Mental Health Matters," on Wednesday, June 5, in Hearst.

Certified Psychological Health and Safety Advisor, Angele Poitras, leads a one-hour session that explores why mental health matters in your workplace. 

Topics to be discussed

  • Mental harm, mental illness, and mental health--the differences between them
  • The facts and myths: mental health challenge
  • Stigma
  • The legal, business, and people side of mental health

Designed to be engaging and non-threatening, this session is the ideal way to begin a conversation about mental health in your workplace. Angele is available after the session for additional questions.
