In this session, you’ll learn:
- Law regarding violence and harassment in the workplace
- Key legal definitions of violence, harassment, and sexual harassment
- Continuum of behaviours
- Duty of employers, supervisors, and workers
Resource links will also be provided regarding an overview of elements required in workplace policy and programs.
