From Tuesday, August 20 to Thursday, August 22, Workplace Safety North (WSN) and Dr. Euler De Souza, Associate Professor, Queen's University, co-host a three-day practical workshop on auxiliary mine ventilation in Timmins, Ontario. 

For technologists, mine operators, and engineers involved in the design, management and operation of auxiliary mine ventilation systems, you're invited to learn more about how to plan and operate an effective underground mine ventilation system.

Day 1 – Tuesday, August 20 from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Registration cost:

Early Bird Special: $1,000 plus tax until July 31, 2019. After July 31, 2019: $1,200 plus tax. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.

Cancellation Policy:

Registrants who provide written notice of cancellation at least one week prior to course start date will not be charged. Less than one week notice of cancellation or non‐attendance will incur the full cost of registration. Participant substitutions may be made at any time prior to the start of the course.

WSN reserves the right to cancel or re‐schedule a course. Registrants will be informed of any cancellations at least one week prior to the course start date. WSN’s liability is limited to the registration fee.
