Workplace Safety North mourns the loss of Eulogio (Bot) Gutierrez, who was fatally injured after being struck by a piece of mobile equipment while working underground at Hemlo Mine Complex near Marathon, Ontario, on Monday, November 27, 2017.
The Ministry of Labour and Barrick Gold continue to investigate the incident.
