The purpose of the Unusual Occurrence Report for Groundfall/Rockburst is to provide Ontario mining operations with a standard means of collecting and reporting pertinent information on these types of occurrences. The report was originally developed in 1988 and subsequently revised in 1994, 2000, 2008 and 2013.
