The presentation will cover factors and key predictors of workplace absenteeism and the barriers to a successful return to work. In addition, guidance on how to develop a mental health strategy from a systems perspective will be provided.

How he struggled to overcome survivors guilt and PTSD by focusing on mindfulness, what he has learned is the key to resiliency. For Ron, mindfulness brings you into the moment, the now.
