A graduate of University of New Brunswick Health, Safety and Environmental Processes Certificate Program, Robert Marin also holds The Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) designation. Robert has spent the last 18 years focused on safety as his primary role in the mining industry. With 37 years of a diverse background in the mining sector Robert has held many positions from Miner to Mobile maintenance mechanic to frontline leadership, training department and Continuous Improvement Initiatives.  During his time in the mines Robert was active 18 years  as a  mine rescue volunteer competing at the district and provincial level. 

Currently Robert is working out of Thunder Bay supporting the mines in Northwestern Ontario. He enjoys Fishing, Hunting, and spending time with his family and rescue dogs.
