This course is designed for participants seeking accreditation in the #770141 Common Core for Generic First Line Supervisor program as defined by the Ministry of Labour, Immigration Training and Skills Development in the Modular Training Standard.
This course meets the knowledge requirements for the following mandatory common core modules for First Line Supervisors:
- U6300, Follow Safety Programs
- U6301, Prepare for Emergencies
- U6302, Follow Health and Hygiene Procedures/Guidelines
- U6303, Practice Effective Communication
- U6304, Manage Work Area Activities
- U6305, Manage Employees
- U6306, Assess, Control and Apply Ventilation Systems in Workplaces
To become fully accredited under the supervisory common core programs, participants must return to their workplace and demonstrate to a qualified trainer their skills and their understanding of the program content across all modules.
