Workplace Mental Health Safety Talks includes set of seven pre-recorded 15-minute talks on topics such as stress, stigma, anxiety and youth, the importance of having conversations, and general overview of mental health, mental illness, and mental harm.

  3. Mental Health - It's Okay Not To Be Okay defines mental health, mental illness, and mental harm; what makes us not okay (world events, life, etc.); the same journey, different vessel, and strategies we can use.

  4. Mental Health - RU OK? How to have the Conversation discusses challenging conversations and how to have a mental health conversation; reviews the mental health continuum; and help participants feel ready and prepared to have the conversation.

  5. Mental Health - You're on Mute: Dealing with Stress discusses stress: the good, the bad, the ugly; what we can do about stress; using humour and laughter to help; and reviews the mental health continuum.

  6. Mental Health - Supporting Young Workers reviews the difference between online and real-life; the rise of anxiety, and teens and anxiety; how Covid is affecting our mental health; and reviews what we can do.

  7. Mental Health - Covid and Me discusses how COVID-19 has affected our lives, identifies where we see ourselves and others on the mental health continuum, looks at perception and how to change the way we think about mental health; and explores simple helpful strategies.
