Dan Comiskey was a well-respected player in the Canadian Football League, having a career spanning 13 years and retiring as a multiple-time all-star. He was a part of two Grey Cup Championships with the Edmonton Eskimos, which remains a highlight of his football career. Aside from football, Dan Comiskey developed a passion for worker safety and began creating leadership and behavioral programs for major companies in industries such as oil and gas, construction, and manufacturing. These programs included classroom leadership training and a field-level leadership coaching program aimed at improving leadership skills and safety culture. 

As a co-author of several books, including "The Truth About Success," "Enduring Principles of Leadership," and "Thirty-Eight Stories in Coaching," Dan Comiskey has a wealth of knowledge and experience to share. He is currently working on his next book, "The Alignment Paradigm." With a combination of 20 years in football and 10 years in industrial safety, Dan Comiskey is a sought-after speaker and leadership coach, delivering his message and improving safety culture to audiences of all sizes, from frontline workers to leadership groups at safety meetings, and mixed audience conferences. He is known for his ability to connect with people and inspire change.
