John Feola is an industrial safety and engineering professional with experience supporting high-risk environments including mining, tunnelling, construction, and process industries across North America. He currently serves as Key Account Manager for North America at Advanced Microwave Engineering and as President of 3FB Consulting. His work focuses on integrated safety systems, underground monitoring, and the practical use of data to improve hazard identification, emergency preparedness, and safety performance. John holds an MBA from Norwich University, a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Concordia University, am a licensed Professional Engineer (Québec), and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
