The Competent Supervisor Refresher course is designed for supervisors who have completed The Competent Supervisor course and want to stay up-to-date with changes in legislation, workplace safety best practices, and emerging trends.
This refresher program provides a comprehensive review of key topics while focusing on what has changed since participants last took the course. Supervisors play a critical role in maintaining a safe and productive work environment. By refreshing their knowledge, they can ensure compliance with changing health and safety regulations, improve leadership skills, and reinforce hazard recognition and risk management strategies.
This half-day course is available in virtual, e-learning, and hybrid formats, offering flexible learning options for participants.
Intended Audience:
This course is intended for supervisors, lead hands and superintendents but can also include managers, safety representatives, safety coordinators and stewards who have already taken The Competent Supervisor.
