Refresher Training for Approved Trainers of the IPCO/IPCS Programs This mandatory refresher training applies to “Approved Trainers” involved in the pre-employment classroom training and/or on-site evaluations of professional chainsaw and cable skidder operators.
All non-logging trainers who provide chainsaw training using the IPCO program and are posted on the WSN website must participate in this training to remain active on the WSN website.
The course provides participants with a wide range of information and resources, and an excellent opportunity to network.
Course content includes: • An overview and discussion on version 5.0 IPCO instructor's manual and the 7th Edition of The Cutting Edge participant manual • Discussion on conducting and effective PCO/PCS on-site evaluation • General questions and answers
