Chris Bamberger, B.Sc., is a mining operations and workforce development leader with over 30 years of experience in underground mining. He began his career at 18 as an underground miner, spending over a decade working on the tools before progressing through frontline supervision and senior leadership roles.

Chris went on to hold senior leadership positions with Vale, including Mine Manager and North Atlantic Manager of Learning & Development, where he led large teams and supported workforce capability across multiple operations.

Chris is the founder of MCJB Enterprises Inc., providing consulting services in health, safety, training, and leadership. He currently supports Canadian mining clients including Technica Mining and Foran Mining, and facilitates leadership development through Brivia Consulting.

He is known for building strong relationships across all levels of an organization, combined with a practical, field-based approach to strengthening leadership capability, training systems, and safety performance across mining operations.
