One-Day Information Exchange Trade Show
You're invited to visit the Information Exchange Trade Show on April 15, 2026, at the Holiday Inn, in Sudbury, Ontario.
Targeted directly to the Ontario mining industry, the event draws more than 200 delegates representing workers, senior management, health and safety specialists, and certified joint health and safety committee members from Ontario mines.

Registration will open on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at 10:00 am ET.
36 booths are available on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis, and the trade show is expected to sell out within 5 minutes. Once 36 registrations have been received, the link will be deactivated. Registrations 37 - 45 will be placed on a waiting list.
Please note, due to the increased volume of exhibitors, booth locations will be automatically assigned by WSN. Potential exhibitors will have the opportunity to provide their location preferences at the time of registration.
Exhibitor fees (trade show map coming soon)
- Solarium: $800 + HST
- Georgian ABC: $800 + HST
Exhibitor fees include a one-day trade show booth on Wednesday, April 15, along with meals and refreshments for two booth managers
