Stella is the President at MacLean Engineering, a leading manufacturer of underground mining equipment and solutions, with over 15 years of experience in the mining and supply service sector. She has a background in public health, which informs her vision and approach to creating safe, healthy, and sustainable mining environments.

She excels at strategic planning, business development, and aftermarket support, leading a collaborative team that delivers exceptional performance and quality products.  She is committed to driving growth and innovation in mining, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, health, and environment.

Stella is a board member for Science North and a past director of Women in Mining Northern ON, a not-for-profit organization that creates awareness and provides opportunities for mentoring women in mining, mineral exploration, and support services.  It is her belief that all women in the mining industry have a personal responsibility to encourage other women to understand the benefits of entering non-traditional roles.
